I am not surprised because people spend about 2080 hours per year at work (for a full-time job) and more if you run your own business; so finding and keeping the right job is not only recommended but critical for a person's success and well-being. However, not everyone takes the time and ponder about the "why" questions before making a career decision, nor are they equipped with the resources and tools to pursue their career aspirations. It takes full self-awareness, proper mind-set and strategy to achieve job search success.
